Lineage 2 Leveling

The primary complaint about L2, would be the leveling grind. Most MMO's have a certain degree of a leveling grind, or else each game would be full of high level characters. In L2 though, if you are a high level, you no doubt have earned it. You will be required to hunt and hunt and hunt to get anywhere in the game. This grind is made easy when hunting with friends, where time flies without your realizing.

Most MMO's, you can achieve level 10 rather quickly, if you are experienced. If you first jump into Lineage II, it will require a couple hours to just hit that point. If you are a casual player, it will take at least two months to reach level 40. It took the most hardcore players almost a year since the games launched to hit the maximum level of 75. That's hunting for at least 10 hours per day.

No doubt though, the grind will be made well worth it when you are able to more safely explore Aden and do better in Castle Sieges.
